My library has been a tremendous source of support to me … a place of refuge, exploration, and wonderment.

:ibby's Story

My library has been a tremendous source of support to me as a young artist searching for outlets into the creative industry.
Libraries are a place of refuge, exploration, and wonderment, and sometimes just a great place to hang out on a rainy day – my library has been all of these and more to me. My library has increased my participation and awareness in the community and granted me opportunities I would not have been offered elsewhere. My library is, as it is to many people, a cherished, marvellous little corner of the world. My library is home.     — Libby Schofield
